Colorado was the 38th state admitted into the Union in 1876. The state is a rectangular shape covering 104,094 square miles in the middle of the Continent. It includes a geographically diverse regions including agriculturally rich lands in the high plains in the Eastern State. The majestic mountains in the center of the state and deep canyons on the West Slope.
The Lowest Point in Colorado, in Yuma County, is 3,317 feet which is higher than the highest point in 18 states.
The Colorado Directory was born of an effort to promote local web development in select Colorado towns including Grand Junction, Steamboat Springs, Durango, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and Denver.
